The class we wish everyone started with. We break down the core poses — sun salutations, standing poses, simple twists — and show you how to set each one up so it supports your body.
Slower pace, more explanation, plenty of questions welcome. You'll leave knowing the shapes that every other class builds on, and how to make each one your own.
Good for first-timers, returners, anyone rebuilding after injury.
Breath leads, movement follows. A steady, flowing sequence that warms you through, builds strength and balance, and finishes with a long rest.
Each movement rides an inhale or an exhale, so the rhythm comes from you rather than a playlist. Options are offered throughout — take the harder version on a strong day, the softer one on a tired day.
Vinyasa without the rush. Fewer poses, longer holds, more time to feel where you are.
The slower tempo leaves room to notice how a pose lands in your body and to adjust it. It's a gentle way to learn flowing practice, and a welcome reset for anyone used to moving fast.
Floor-based, passive and deep. Poses held for several minutes to open hips, spine and connective tissue.
There's no effort to push through — you find a shape, let it be supported, and wait. The stillness is the practice, and it asks more of a busy mind than of the body.
Fully supported poses with bolsters and blankets. The nervous system gets the evening off.
A handful of poses, each set up so you can let go completely. The teacher helps with props, the lights stay low, and there is nothing to achieve but rest.
